CORT Furniture Rental — Local services in Hayward

I’ve rented from CORT in multiple states. Great option for large furniture. DO NOT bother with smaller packages. I’m in my location temporarily and thought it better to rent the cooking and cleaning packages but came to deeply regret that decision. Some of the most important items from the cleaning package were never delivered. I understand mistakes happen and kindly requested they be sent to me and it was two weeks before anyone came, and then they still didn’t have all the missing items. My delivery person assured me they would send another delivery ASAP and yet no steps have been taken to rectify the situation. I’m still being charged by the month for the items I don’t have. The cooking package is almost useless. The cooking utensils are plastic and melt apart when met with any heat, the knives are extremely dull and painful to use, the pans stick so bad.
