Some of the reviews written here are kind of weird ā lol. Winton Deli is a typical no-frills corporate deli in the industrial zone. Itās like stepping back in time to the late 1980s decor-wise, dim lighting, basically no thought toward the visuals except basics. So, no one hangs out, they usually order and go. Lots of tables though, and prob a good place to have a meeting (minus the lady vacuuming your feet at 1:30). But itās right next to my job and by the Hayward regional shoreline park. And the veggie sandwiches are INSANELY GOOD. The sourdough bread is PERFECT. You can have a conversation about Food with the Asian cashier guy, who I thought was a nice guy and enjoy having a good conversation on the merits of each sandwich. When it comes to veggie sandwiches it is PERFECT. I donāt know about that roast beef sandwich, but I PLAN my time to include this deliās veggie pesto sandwich whenever I hike or bike at the park, as well as work lunch. It is that good !!! Iāll order one to go, too. Itās THAT hole in the wall. Go. Donāt go to boring Starbucks, go here. You must try to experience the contrast in amazing food and awful interior. There should be a movie made about this deli. It is just...

We jumped on google found this deli, looked at the menu with pictures on their website and ordered. If you frequent any restaurant at all, you know the the real thing never looks like the picture. However, this is very sad. Their menu was limited which is understandable but when we got our sandwiches, I laughed out loud. The pictures say it all. If you're in the area, spend your money at a location that will treat you like a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI drive for UberEats and I picked up an order from here. Since it is COVID-19 time they did have a set up. They had a table that said UberEats and I waited in line and still kept an eye on the table for my order . The guy that was there (Asian, glasses age 20-30) leaves a bag there with no name . I then grab the bag and ask if this is for ānameā and he looks up and gives me a really ugly look and says āYesā . It would be nice if they label orders and not just leave a bag there . I canāt take any order if Iām not sure . The guy was really rude after I asked a simple...
