Very poor and unprofessional service! I received a notification to confirm delivery on June 3rd between noon-4p and was confirmed in advance. I received notification this morning that the order was confirmed for delivery and was 13 stops away. Then I received an update stating the order was delayed. When I called to inquire I was told the reason was because there was no space in the truck. We scheduled and confirmed this order in advance so there should’ve been appropriate arrangements made. Not to mention they couldn't even speak English!!! Only thing they knew how to say was I wanna go home and kept crying. I paid $9k extra for the install service to add insult to injury when I called customer service they sent out some very rugged and mean men to take the install back.
