The best thing I can tell you is not to apply here. They do not care about your outside life, your kids, your health, or anything about you as a person. Ironically, they drill it in your head how you save lives but they don't seem to care about your life as an employee. You literally wear "safety" jackets that are designed to protect the devices you work on. So if you get electrocuted while holding a device, the device won't get damaged-- nevermind your life. Also, if you're going to work here, work day shift. The night shift supervisors are arrogant and have chips on their shoulders. The female night supervisor thinks she's tough and often loses control of her emotions during meetings and people laugh at her silently. Unhinged and needs to make use of her PTO and take a long, much needed break so she can stop swinging at the air in the staff bathroom like the unstable, unprofessional crybaby she is. The male supervisor is weird, likes to constantly micromanage and watch people like a hawk for 12 hours, and many people who have come, gone, and are still there think he's low-key zesty.
