Been in here a handful of times, and I went in there with my sibling today. We were wandering the aisles trying to decide what snacks we wanted. I have no doubt they've seen me before, so when the lady who works the deli approached me and my sibling to tell us to "stop wandering the aisles" and demanding that we went up to pay, I was a little annoyed to say the least.

Their deli takes 30 minutes to an ommelette, just from previous experience. I've never had an issue with this, we were kind and patient, as I traditionally am with customer service people.

If you're going in and going out, I don't think you'll have an issue. But seriously carrying an attitude to customers you've seen before who are clearly planning to pay for several items (we had over 5 items in our hands, clearly not loitering and very clearly paying customers) is just blatantly rude. Absolutely horrible, they dont listen to you and that had horrific consequences. If I could give zero stars I would. Yesterday I went to get two subs, an Italian and a Turkey. First the girl tried saying they only had one sub roll and that the other sandwich with have to be on a hard roll. When I told her never mind and was about to leave automatically they had one more sub roll. Now is where it gets really bad. I started to give more order and said you should write this down,she said with confidence no I'm good. On the Italian sub I said olive oil and extra vinegar on both sides of the bread and absolutely no onions just lettuce and tomato. I get home and have one bite and tasted Mayonnaise and onion.This caused me to get extremely sick, Im allergic to eggs and onions and I had to go to the ER. They need to fire the irresponsible girl.
