Horrific experience with second shift crew..... First, the drive thru had roughly 4 cars sitting for a half hour at least while the inside was closed to the public even though the outside sign said main lobby open for takeout. Anyway, the gentleman taking my order in drive thru obviously had no idea what they were doing because I literally took 10 minutes to order 2 meals. Maybe he was new, but it was almost like he didn't understand what I was ordering and I had to repeat multiple times and still got the wrong size fries and drink with my meals. When I pulled up to pay, I could see that the kid and the young lady running the window were struggling. I was nice and patient while I waited another 10 minutes for my food. I pulled off with the food and realized they didn't give me drinks. When I go to either door to the lobby, it's locked. When I call, no answer. I paid money so I walked over to the drive thru window (mask on and back turned towards the car waiting on their food). As I tapped the window and asked for my drinks, the young lady began mouthing off and made sure I wasn't able to speak to a manager somehow and implied I was wrongfully holding up the line which wasn't the case. Everyone in the drive thru were already waiting a ridiculous amount of time to where 1 person in a truck drove over to leave out of frustration and yelled at the drive thru window.... "Why the "F" do you have a sign that says the lobby is open for take out when it's closed", then drove off. It wasn't the young kids fault working the window. He might've been new. Anyway, I've had many bad experiences at this Burger King location and it's safe to say I won't be anymore. If anyone is reading this, do yourself a favor.... Mickey D's is not even 1 light down. This location is well known for a horrible second shift. I just hope they eventually figure out how to get a good crew...

I hate it here, but my elderly father loves their stuff, so I stop for him begrudgingly. I should have reviewed a few years ago when we came here to order a fee plain burgers for my hospice dog, and they got the order horribly wrong, but I didn't, so I'm doing it now after tonight's fiasco. I placed a couple orders on the app, not realizing there was an option for drive thru or indoor pickup. I'm beyond exhausted from my aforementioned elderly father being in the hospital, so that was my mistake. But after waiting several minutes at the drive thru screen to let them know I had a pick up (you basically need to wait for them to finish the previous car and have it drive away before they will even take your order next...), I get to the window and got...scolded? Lambasted? Rudely talked to? By who I assume was the manager for not coming in and getting the food. I apologized and said I hadn't realized, which she again chose to reiterate her nasty attitude and tone and spiel, twice. Lady, a little compassion and kindness goes a long way. You're not the only person who is or has had a hard day working/in life. I apologized for my error. It didn't need to be repeated to me several times in a nasty manner. We all have our own battles we're dealing with. At least the girl at the window who handed me my drink was sweet and when I got to the hospital with the food my father enjoyed it. But I will literally go out of my way to go to the Matawan or Middletown location...

I havenāt had onion rings from this Burger King in I canāt remember how long. Whoever runs this Burger King needs 2 be fired bcuz they obviously have no clue about how much food needs 2 b stocked in order 4 this type of problem not 2 persist. Funny how they put all this money into redoing the outside of the store yet they canāt even keep stock of all the items they offer on their menu! I could see this happening maybe once in a while but I am not exaggerating when I tell you that the last four times Iāve ordered from THIS Burger King in Hazlet on rt. 35 south in the last year, theyāre always out of onion rings!!! And the last time I ordered from them off Uber eats, My drinks didnāt come in a sealed bag which when you order Uber eats everythingās in a sealed bag but they just came in the carrying thing which I thought that was strange considering the Uber driver Couldāve done anything to them if he wanted 2. 1 last thing, Iām actually trying to order Burger King off Uber eats today & I wanted to call ahead to make sure they have onion rings because like I said they never do & The phone has been busy for the last 10 minutes like they took the phone off the hook.
