Delbert's — Local services in Healdton

It's clean & very well stocked. So much better than the big crowded chain stores. Alot of people say that the inventory is to high but I don't see it that way.

Consider this, are any of us really saving a few dollars at the bigger chain stores? The answer is NO! We all end up spending more money & buying things we don't need.

So as far as cheaper prices Delberts has them. Therefore you will save money here in the long run. All Chain stores are designed to keep us in the store longer in order for us the consumer to spend more.

Anyway, Delberts has things you can't buy such as honest, helpful & genuine friendly associates.

I have now been shopping here for the last few years . Living where I live I have to drive 25 miles or so to do my grocery shopping. I have the choice of the big box stores Albertsons Walmart etc, but I choose to shop at Delbert's. Their prices are in general comparable or better in general. I typically spend less and get more especially how I shop. But the best part is they still care and they take the time to know their community. I bought Cracker Barrel cheese and crackers from here. They were marked down but I figured it was just a sale, didnt realize they were expired for 7, almost 8 weeks. They were completely inedible (stale pretzels and cheese was a watery substance.) The owner would only give me a refund on 4 instead of 6 bc I threw the one I had opened away and my daughter had taken hers to school and threw hers away too.
