The Gift Shoppe + Flowers — Local services in Hearne

I was so disappointed...and embarrassed by the flowers that were sent to the funeral home. I ordered from out of state and was hoping the flowers would look as nice as the picture on the website. Unfortunately, when the family sent me a picture of the flowers, they were not as pictured. It looks like it was thrown together and about to fall apart. The arrangement was not full like the picture, nor did it have any where near the amount of flowers as the website shows. The attached photos show what I ordered and what was sent. I feel like I should be given a discount...this is not a $160+...

I ordered flowers for my friend's father's funeral. My friend sent me a picture of them and they were absolutely beautiful. They did an outstanding job...I was very pleased and my friend and her family were very touched with the beauty of the flowers...
