Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hearne

I was passing through town and decided to stop because my daughter had never been to a sit-down Pizza Hut before. The young lady waiting on us was very nice/friendly. They were slow at the time, not one guest but us. As we are leaving we go to use the facilities and I mean.... to say this ladies room looked like we walked through a door from the restaurant into a hoarders house would be putting it nicely!!!! It literally looked as though it hadn't EVER been clean since the restaurant was built!!! We almost threw up our lunch!!!! We wouldn't even touch anything to wash our hands, we just used clorox wipes I had in my car!!! As we left I stopped and mentioned how gross the condition of the ladies room was to the young lady whom had waited on us and her reaction was "REALLY???" as if shocked to hear that, however, she didn't move from the spot she was in as we walked through the restaurant and out the door to leave, as if she was even remotely interested in cleaning it. Ordered online…called to make sure they understood my order…spoke with manager about all the extras I ordered that I usually don’t get. Her reply was…”If I have time I’ll go back and make sure they make it right.” Anyway, I get there and ask if she was able to get back there and she said she wasn’t’ because it was super busy. DO NOT GO HERE they have roaches and know it and don’t care server Lilly was not in the least bit welcoming never smiled or anything just asked us what we wanted and that’s it!!!
