I bought love-seat recliners. The weather turned bad (9 inches of snow and zero temps).The manufacturing company had some delivery problems getting to the store. The store owners took responsibality and even compensated us for the wait. The delivery man was super nice and would not allow us to help unload because we are in poor health. He also noted our age (80's), hooked up all the extras and showed us how to use them. They kept us informed through delivery and even called to make sure delivery was great....
