Cute little store! And we spent entirely too much money there (our fault, for grabbing every little curiosity we saw and throwing it in a basket). The sheer amount of personality that came through on the website is what drew us in. If not for that, we probably would have passed this little gem up. I bought some lemon-cranberry "energy bites" (think paleo bites) and we ate them all on the way back to our resort in Fairfield Bay. It was really nice to find something healthy and natural like that outside of our home base. I could tell that their business was built from the ground up with a lot of love and care. When I was staying near Greer Ferry Lake, I stumbled upon the delightful Ozark Country Market. This charming market is a treasure trove of locally made preserves, freshly roasted coffee samples, and delicious baked bread. I was pleasantly surprised to find seeds for various vegetables, lovely hand-stitched dish rags, cast iron handle covers, hand-carved wooden spoons, and an assortment of dried tea leaves available for purchase. It is an amazing store, has all kinds of old jellies for 5.00 a pint in real glass pint jars. Old fashion candy, local produce, garden seeds, a few clothing items caps purses, and a nursery with flowers etc.. i just wish it was closer. You go through the bypass of heber and go up the mountain toward sugar loaf mountain its on the keft and a car dealership on right....
