Hays Supermarket — Local services in Helena-West Helena

I just walked out of the Hays grocery store on Sebastian in west Helena. When I came out of the tobacco store a piece of what looked like pallet wood went right in my right foot. It hurt so bad I hollered and loud! Some guy in a red hays shirt immediately snatched the wood out of my foot and took off like he was stealing the hope diamond. I didn't even get to sit down I mean rude AZ all get out. This is Katrina jo Smith not Tommy bright talking. My foot hurts like heck it was bleeding and that guy had no right under god's sun to touch me. I had to walk around office and ask twice for a bandaide. Then whoever was in the office told the lady worker when i asked was they even gonna make a report he gonna say he ain't got time cause I'm lying no baby. My foot got a hole in the arch on my right foot y'all treated me like a dog. Called me a Lyer when at least 20 people saw it and did not care that I was hurt and bleeding and have the bloody paper towels to prove it and a hole in my foot. Sorriest way to treat a human being I have ever seen in my whole life. Worst attitudes for workers I have ever seen and if the floor ever got swept this would not have happened. Most of my experiences are ok when shopping here, but if you have wic to be filled a couple of the cashiers have an attitude about checking you out!! Have had several bad experiences at the bill paying area, 2 of the employees have very bad attitudes to be dealing with the publiv on a daily basis!! Have complained several times about one of them, but of course shes still there and i believe shes the manager in that area!!! First off all handicap parking was full with people that didn't have handicap tags or hangers. They were out of cokes the cashier was steady talking to two baggers only one was bagging while we were checking out. We spent almost two hundred dollars in there.
