I recently stopped into DT Computer Sales & Service because I was experiencing problem with my computer and believed I needed a new one. I also believed I needed a new monitor because the tone was turning bluish off and on. Dustin provided me with good information about some options that might work for me. I scheduled to have him make a house call to check my computer and see how I use it to decide what might work best for my needs. He determined that it had plenty of memory and storage space and a decent operating system and he believed he could make it work better for me and save me the cost of a new computer. He took it into his shop on a Friday and returned it the first of the following week and I am very happy with it. The cost was minimal compared to what I was expecting, plus he also was able to diagnose the problem with the monitor – it was the cord - so I didn’t even need a new monitor. My monitor died on me and I went to Costco and was sold a mess. The monitor was DOA! My daughter recommend DT Computer Sales & Service so I stopped in and they were so wonderful. They sold me a monitor at a great price and even helped me over the phone hooking it up! Then my internet connector died and they took my tower in on Friday night at 4:30 and had it repaired and cleaned up by Monday afternoon.
