I have toyed with leaving this review for a few months, but feel obligated to give other brides to be an honest review of our experience. Kyle was very friendly and professional, he did a good job being the MC for our event, we really enjoyed his set up and the fun lights, but I’m taking two stars off because of the two major moments that were “flubbed”. We spent hours filling out his sheet and clearly detailed what songs we wanted when, and somehow the wrong recessional was played. Also, he decided (without asking or clearing it with me first) that he was going to karaoke the father daughter dance. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. When I emailed him after our event to give him this same feedback his response was “Thank you for the feedback”. My daughter got married October 9th. We had another DJ scheduled whom did not respond to calls or emails once they were paid in full. I called Kyle (the owner) 3 days before my daughter's wedding to hire him. Not only did he find us a DJ (JayJ who was wonderful along with his wife Sarah) he emailed, called, and texted several times to make sure he had all the songs and details straight. He came out the morning of the wedding to set the equipment up when he had another gig to get to that afternoon. Both Kyle and JayJ were knowledgeable, kind, early, friendly, the list goes on. I have to say this was very disappointing. I was told that with the Dj package that she would be the MC as well. We had to keep asking her to do things. I was told there would be a Skype meeting to go over things, that didn’t happen. She seemed pretty lost. The song for my bridal party was wrong! The song I walked down the aisle cut out a slowed down it was all messed up. The paper with all my songs on it looked pretty rough and I am pretty sure she didn’t play most of my playlist. She was very friendly and so was her son. Took requests well. But I would say not worth...
