Frazier's Concrete Heaven — Local services in Hempstead

Just lost our business. My boyfriend and I have both had Covid and had both vaccines. We walked around in Frazier's for about 30 minutes and an employee walked up to my boyfriend and asked him to put on a mask. He told him he didn't have one and the employee told him him he would give him one. My boyfriend said we would just leave if we had to wear one. The employee said if we were not going to comply that we would have to leave. My boyfriend told him we had both vaccinations, but it didn't matter. He still told us we had to comply or leave. He was rude about it or I would have been ok with it.

Also for those of you who have not been to Fraziers, it is mostly outdoor shopping. We also noticed that about 25 to 30 percent of the people there had no mask on. We weren't close to anyone and we seemed to be singled out.

We won't be shopping here again! Must...

Unfortunately the birdbath I got for my son's birthday completely disintegrated in a few months. I took it back and was told by a female associate those birdbaths were from Mexico, made of clay and were no good. She sent a picture and spoke to the owner, who decided to do nothing. No replacement option, no credit towards a new purchase, no discount on a replacement, not even an apology for selling us that garbage. If you won't stand behind your merchandise, why risk shopping there? You lost our business and my entire families business over how this was handled....

I can't believe all the negative reviews on this place. I have been there several times and each time was a good visit. I love just checking out what kinds of bird baths and birding accessories they have (i.e. hummingbird feeders, etc.). I have two of their bird bath's and they are great (and built to last). The only reason I took off one star is a lot of items don't have prices and it can be hard to find someone to give you a price. Other than that no complaints, this is a fun place to check out for anything concrete related...
