Took a weedeater in for repair to Hempstead store and was told they would send it to the Waller store for repair. Agreed, but asked them to call me with cost before doing work. Almost two weeks later and I hadn't heard from anyone. I called the Hempstead store and they said they did not have it, call Waller store. Called Waller store and they said they did not ha e it, call Hempstead store. After several calls, I was able to talk to mechanic Thursday. He thought maybe he had dropped it off in Sealy by mistake and was going there Friday and would check and call me back. NEVER heard from him. Called Hempstead store again and was told to call Waller. Did that and Waller told me to call Hempstead. I finally left message for owner to call me Monday NEVER heard from him. Hempstead store finally called me Tuesday morning saying they had weedeater. $59.00 repair bill that no one let me know about and Hempstead store verified it was written on ticket. VERY POOR...

Iv been going to this store for many. Yrs the ladys up front great u with a smile awsome staff will go out of there way to do as needed , guys in the back are also outstanding every customer to my knowledge is treated equal and with up most respect i drive personally from another town in which had 2 lumber yards just to do buisness at hometown hempstead , the owners invest alot into the youth in there county and ajoining towns from purchasing 4h and ffa projects to sponsoring baseball teams etc iv been extreamly happy with the customer service me and my family have recieved from this small...

My husband shops there all the time. We live in a rural area where the nearest Lowe's or Home Depot is 25 - 35 miles away depending on which direction you go. So Ace is our go to store before making that trip. Friendly, courteous atmosphere. Very helpful, they know their merchandise, which as a wife sent to get things for the hubby is greatly appreciated.
