7/23/25. Not great, not terrible
The vintage âworking manâsâ country club vibes are great if youâre into those things and remember them from yesteryear. The hole layout is fun and requires some thought and planning. There are several holes where water comes into play at driver distances, but there are also several holes with nice wide-open fairways so you can let it rip.
There could be better signage for the transition between hole 14 & 15, but itâs not too hard to figure out. Overall, the course suffers from âoverplayâ without proper maintenance. Hole 6 is a prime example: no amount of watering will fix the obvious cart tracks cutting the corner to the green.
1/2 the greens are very playable, and 1/2 the greens range from needing help to needing a complete redo. The rough was cut to a wonderful length that made it look well-kept, while making it very easy to loose a ball in the grass if it didnât sit up. Unfortunately, the fairways for most of the course are the same as the rough. I lost a few balls that I saw land in the middle of the fairway, but couldnât find when I arrived to their approximate location. Perhaps moving to a 6-day schedule would leave a day to tackle some of the issues that just need time (like aerating those greens so the grass can grow).
Overall, I enjoyed the course and will definitely play again, but it is definitely not...

The course is severely over watered in most parts and the areas that arenât flooded, there is no grass and is just hard dirt. Large Ant mounds all over the course; fairways, tee boxes and greens. Ponds and lakes are dried up and filled with weeds, what puddles are on the course have algae and mosquitoes all over.
Pictures of the course with lines drawn to show fairway vs rough because grass hasnât been mowed or maintained. There is no âfairwayâ as itâs all unmaintained weeds and overgrown grass. Greens are over saturated and where the grass isnât drowning itâs dead. Sand traps / bunkers were groomed even with pooling water sitting in them and the sand is hard as concrete. Tee boxes are unmarked, no markers on most tee boxes to differentiate distances or tee positions. Tee boxes are worse than fairways, overgrown, wet and unmaintained.
Played full 18, took over 5.5 hours (shot a 92) due to having to search for balls on the fairway from overgrown grass.
Would not recommend this course even at this price point. Told manager at the end of the round and he could care less and made multiple excuses.
Will not be returning to...
Read moreI have played this course a lot of times. It is well maintained, nice carts, smooth greens, and great rates...I could go on about the positives, but a MAJOR negative I cannot ignore is the woman who works the counter. There is a middle-aged white woman, straight brown hair, shoulder length, skinny and short...she has not made ANY experience a pleasant one.
ATTN OWNER: I promise she runs off more business than you are aware of. Argumentative, rude, and has "I am never happy" written all over her face. I normally let stuff like this slide, and hardly post negative reviews, but this lady has had 4-5 chances in the last month to flip the script and show me that everyone has bad days, but unfortunately, it seems like every day is horrible for this lady.
Now the younger gal, I think her name is Jordan, a red head, probably in college, wears glassesâŚSHE is great and deserves a raise. She is prompt and pleasant, listens to your requests and works her best to accommodate you in a timely fashion. I would rate 5-stars, but the other lady makes it too easy to book tee times elsewhere.
