Got my speakers installed in January. Here we are in April and my speakers still sound distorted. Brought my truck to them multiple times throughout this time period and still have the same problem. Keep calling the owner for updates and never heard back from him unless I called him. Spoke with Ron 2 weeks ago and said he would call me back and still no call. I spent $2200 on a shop that I thought would do right by every customer. Thatās not the case at all. Seem like good people but the customer service could be a lot better. Iāve had speakers in all my vehicles and never had these problems. I guess thereās always one. Would not recommend but thatās just my opinion. I was able to contact them and give them my budget and time frame which might I add was very short and they were able to completely blow my expectations through the roof. I'm new to town and was having trouble finding a good car audio shop. After looking around town and talking with these guys, they made me feel most comfortable to go with them. Glad I did. Didn't try to oversell me (which almost every other place tried to). Listened to my goals. Worked within my budget. Shared their feedback and suggestions. And gave a fair price.
