Olivia & Toby are awesome people who genuinely care about the customers. I didn't think I could afford anything in this store but I left out with a washer & dryer set. They really worked with me. I left in tears because of how much they considered me & how well they treated me. UNFORTUNATELY, u get what u pay for! My dryer lasted for 3 months before it stopped drying my clothes. Because I got it used & it was sent from their Madisonville store I was only given a 30day warranty! I had no idea at the time. I thought I got a 2yr warranty. The amount of money they’re charging me to fix it is the price that I paid for the dryer! So now I’m paying an extra $80 a month in electricity because I have to run my dryer several times to get my clothes dry. I’m a single mother of 4! My kids need clothes! Went into Dixons early this week to look at Washer and dryer. After viewing several appliances, Sales person, Tony Whitledge, quoted a Presidential sale price for a Maytag Washer and Dryer set for 999.00 . The set was to be brought to the floor the next day and I was to come back and see it before purchasing. Ice storm hit and I could not come back for few days. Called in the meantime saying I did want it. Tony was not there to speak with. Went in today, Friday Feb 12 to put down deposit. Owner said they never had a Maytag set for that price and that Tony Whitledge did not offer one! TOTAL LIE. Tony was not there again today so unable to confront him.
