They are NOT good at diagnosing problems. My generator kept stalling so instead of correctly diagnosing it, they simply slapped on new parts, which didnt work, so then more new parts were installed. This cost me $1000 more than it should have. My reefer kept turning off so they suggested trying a new circuit board. Instead of spending another $1000 without an actual diagnosis, I did some research and found the issue. It didnt cost me a cent and the problem was NOT the board. I bumped my pop out awning cover on a tree limb and needed to rewind the spring but they declined the job. A bracket needed to be bent back, no big deal but they like the easy "slap a new part on" jobs. This would have required a little bit of thinking. I've spent several thousands with them but they couldnt be bothered to help me fix my awning.. 4.Their pricing is funky.. its flat fee on some and hourly on others. It seems like pricing depends on which way they can make the most money.

They rescrewed my awning to my RV (the screws were coming out) adding many extra screws for additional support. They also advised me on how to get new awning fabric (mine has a small tear.) And they reattached a cargo door that came off because the rivets were too short - now it’s better than new. They also installed a Jack-It bike rack to the front of my trailer. Read moreWe had them come out for two problems, one was easy-a fuse and he checked our electric because of a surge we suffered. We also had him look at our hydraulic jack, told us he would order the part and be back in about 3weeks to replace it. The parts took forever to arrive and there was more parts that needed ordering for our electrical problem, since that problem kept returning, it has been a couple of weeks and no loss of power and the jacks seem to work fine.
