True story. I was driving from Asheville, NC to Spartanburg to go see Dwight Yoakam play at the Auditorium when the tire pressure sensor in my car showed low pressure. It’s literally Friday afternoon at 5:13pm. So I Google “tire repair shops near me” and Tire Master was the closest. I called and asked what time they closed, the guy says 5pm, but we’ll be open Monday at 8am. Well, that don’t do me any good so I thank him and hang up. I think a little more while I’m looking for another place that somehow might be open later than that, but there’s nothing. I call him back a couple minutes later and tell him my story and that I only need my tire plugged, he tells me to come on! This guy is saving the day! I get to the shop, tire pressure about half of what it should be, the guy takes the tire off, sprays it and finds the tiniest nail hole you’ve ever seen. He rolls the tire off to the back corner somewhere where he does his tire repair wizardry and just like that, the tire is holding air and back on the truck with plenty of time to spare to see ol’ Dwight! He didn’t ask me for any money and when I offered it to him I had to make him take it! This guy saved the day and got me back on the road when he didn’t have to and that’s worth bragging about. I am delighted to say that even with a management change, Cody Smith has clearly set a clear vision for the new Tire Master. Cody, the new owner and manager, quickly identified my needs and provided great tires at a wonderful proce. Tires were there when he said and within a few minutes, tires were installed and I was ready in a matter of minutes. The last time I purchased itrea i made a mistake and went to Discount Tires. Waited over 3 hours and then had to pitch a fit to get a response. I will continue to support the local boys at Tire Master and recieve great response and the best prices. What...

I wish you could rate zero stars. They "fixed my alignment and it lasted less than 375 miles on easy driving roads. I asked and they confirmed while they did the alignment that everything looked great, no tie rod issues, good ball joints, etc. My brand new tires are screwed beyond repair because of this. They endangered me, my child nephew, and several of my family members. What an excellent way to get sued! They are not to be trusted with your vehicles. A cheaper mechanic is not cheap if you always have to take your car in for "necessary repairs." Do not make the same mistake I did by...
