This one level lake cottage was perfect for 2 people and our dog. Could fit 5 adults comfortably with a fold out couch lounger in living room.

The dirt gravel driveway curves down to the front door (you do not have to lug your stuff down those stairs in the pictures). Theres a nicely updated kitchen (no dishwasher) stocked with all the stuff, a nicely updated bathroom with shower and washer/dryer, living area with big tv, a combo ping pong/pool table, two leather-ish lounger couches and two bowl chairs plus 4 adjustable barstool type chairs. The central air conditioner worked REALLY GOOD which was awesome cuz it was 90 & humid for our entire stay.

There is a porch (with a locked gate which was awesome with the dog) with a few chairs & a grill then There are wooden/concrete/slate stairs from the porch down to the double wide dock. We fished off the dock or just sat down there and enjoyed all the frogs and birds and little fish swimming around.

Halfway down the stairs, There is a large flat stone patio chairs & table (there is s firepit but the metal bowl has a hole in it so use with caution). The kayaks and other outdoor stuff is also stored on the patio level (we tied up our own inflatable boats to the dock while we were there.)

The area is quiet, very few neighbors, noise ordinances are respected. Only motor boats had small electric trolling motors so kayaking and paddleboarding...

Inna and Yuri have built the most beautiful house. We arrived on Friday afternoon and left late morning on Sunday. From the moment you step in the house you can see every piece of furniture, lighting fixture etc. was chosen with such care. So classy and cozy despite being very big. Each bedroom had such comfortable beds with the best bedding. We all slept great. It had all the comforts of home with a full kitchen and laundry room that we took advantage of. The best part of the house for us was the hot tub and patio in the front of the house. It was so relaxing being in the hot tub watching the sun go down looking out over the mountains. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor with a cozy nook that looks over the loft. So there was definitely enough room for 3 couples to spread out a bit but still be able to talk easily. It's completely private and super peaceful. So if you're looking to find a place to relax and recharge your batteries this house is the place for you. We will definitely be going...

We had a great time at the lake house, the beds were comfortable for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids under 8). The dock was very stable and we spent most of our time fishing from there, catching frogs and swimming. The water was warm when we went in early August. The grill was new and lots of amenities were found. Most airbnbs that we have stayed at have lacked paper towels, toilet paper etc and we would have to bring our own but this house had it all. The fire pit outside had a fire already prepped which was a nice little surprise. All we had to do was light it. We saw loons, deer, herons right from the dock. Kayaks were easy to bring down to the water. Central AC was a very nice touch considering many homes in the area...
