Five Star Supermarket — Local services in Hermitage

Staff is friendly?? Maybe SOME of them. But i know ONE of them that isn't!! I waited in line behind 2 other people at the register. When the guy right in front of me was getting his stuff rang up the cashier looked right at me and put up the "this lane closed" sign. I brushed it off and went to the other register where I was now behind another customer waiting my turn. Another customer walks up and the cashier who put up the sign took it down and said "Oh I can get you right here." Are you freaking kidding me right now?! What the hell? That was rude as hell lady. Never had an issue until recently. I've been going to Fivestar more frequently since I moved right down the street from it about a month ago, but then again I've lived in the area for years so I go in there pretty often. Great selections, even gluten free snacks. I was quite surprised to find a good selection of choices for gluten free eating in this tiny town. There are many delightful deli items, fresh produce, and well stocked cooler cases with a large variety of foods to chose from. There is a good stock of cards and gift items.
