Purchased clothing from the website on May 25th. By June 3rd when nothing had shipped yet I wrote an email asking what was going on. My email was never replied to. I then called the store and spoke with an employee who was very kind and helpful and let me know the owner was in the building that day but in a meeting. She took my info to pass to the owner so they could search what was going on. I called mid day June 7th. Now, at the end of the day on June 8th I've had ZERO correspondence from the owner, the website, customer service, you name it. They took my money and ghosted me. Do NOT trust this business. My decal was messed up. When I originally asked for her to do a decal for my car they stated it was a challenge. I don’t see how it was a challenge. It’s basic white, probably marine grade vinyl, and there are no special designs or graphics. I can see it maybe being a challenge because it’s a lot of characters, but nothing more.
