This place is a joke the prices to have a party are ridiculous,they have false advertising as well as they show on the website a party room with long tables and folding chairs you are to assume that is what you your party fee will include......wrong the cheapest party package is in the general area nothing like the picture looks the people behind the desk/ skate rental are rude a holes and are not accommodating at all.Then you must leave promptly at the time they say and have the audacity to charge you $3 to $5 bucks to even just just hang around after your party ends even if you are not skating i will never book a party here again and strongly recommend to friends or anybody who asks not to go waste there money on this place and the bathrooms were dirty and gross and toilet seat covers......hardly any water pressure to watch your hands and ice cold water the contract should state that if you want to stay after your party you will have to pay to just be in there above and beyond what you already paid for your party reservation that's wrong and no helmet rentals or assistance type skate walkers for little ones or first timers who need a little help skating and not...

Horrible, it was my friend’s 13 birthday party and the employees are ignorant and rude. Wish I could give it a zero or even lower. Me and my friends asked for a basket ball for a million times and every time we would ask them they would make up excuses. They told us “everyone has to stop skating” than once everyone was done we asked again and than they told us “all the roller skates have to been turned in” so me and my friends went out of our way and picked up every roller skate we could see, once all the skates were turned in we asked again, they told us “well we are about to close and we have to put away the tables, trainer thingys and there’s a bunch of trash around” what does you putting away the tables and trainers have to do with you not being able to give us a damn ball, and they didn’t even put away the trainers or gathered them, we gathered them and they put them away.
