Amazing. We have been beyond stressed out with everything that has happened this week, I could go on and on about it, then yesterday the refrigerator feels hot, it gets really hot and the freezer isn't frozen. UGH we worked on the refrigerator all day, cleaning out all the food I had just bought, living our of an ice chest in the garage, we were stressed out to say the least. We called Adco at 9am, they told us they would call between 12:00noon and 2:00pm. Justin calls at 12:00pm (I was in the garage getting creamer for my coffee...ugh) I called Justin back, he was already on his way to my house, got to my house at 12:04pm came out at and diagnosed and ordered the part for our refrigerator. Justin came out to my house 3 hours after I called and solved my problem. Part was ordered, will be in tomorrow and will be installed tomorrow, no matter what, even if it's busy, my part will be installed. Who does that? Adco does. This company was recommended by a friend, My husband reminded me that he has used them before to repair our washer, and dryer they were just as awesome. I do not need a new refrigerator. I used ADCO for parts once before and my experience was great. This time, I did not have time to deal with the issue myself so I called ADCO and asked them to refer me to a repair man. He came out and quoted me $200 to repair my machine. A fair price but more than the machine is worth. so I decided i would do it my self. I invested $65 to confirm my diagnosis. So far so good. Then I called ADCO to get the part. This is where it goes south. They told me that the part had to come from the manufacturer and it cost $204. A quick google search finds the part all over the place for $55 to $75. I called Midway appliance and they have it in stock for $99 and they are a retail outlet. So ADCO, here is one star for lieing to me and trying to rip me off. By the way, its part # WP8182634 check it...
