That's what Antonio, owner and chef of Miami Grill Catering will deliver to your next event! We had the pleasure of enjoying all this and more at a great value for our son's Miami rehearsal dinner, hosted at a private home.

We're from Chicago, and our assignment was to find a Miami caterer to create a fresh seafood and Cuban food menu, served in an elegant but relaxed vibe. We found Antonio’s website on line and gave him a call.

Antonio invited us into his kitchen for a tasting - we arrived and met his whole staff, who were hand-frying empanadas one by one for a party that evening, with a whole pig roasting in Antonio's oven. We expected a taste of whatever they were cooking . . . instead Antonio had set a lovely but laid back table for the four of us, and proceeded to serve us his suggested menu: one course after the other, with his own unique sauces made from the vegetables and spices he pickles in his kitchen. Throughout the tasting, Antonio and we chatted, tweaking the menu as he made one great suggestion after the other, as we tried various dishes.

In the months leading up to our party, we called and emailed Antonio - a lot - he was always happy to make time to talk to us and accommodate our every request. He is so easy to work with! He reached out to his contacts to get us rental tables and chairs and linens, he added staff at our request for a great price, and - at the last minute - arranged a party tent due to a rainy forecast (the rain never came!). He worked seamlessly with our kind hostess to set up the event and grill at her home (and clean up afterwards).

The night of the event, he wowed us and our guests! The buffet dinner was beautifully presented - his staff passed hors d'ouerves and desserts before and after. And the oyster bar my daughter in law requested? Antonio had a designated staff member, hand-shucking fresh oysters one by one, then dressing them to order with house-made mignonette and tomato vinegar to our guests! (And if the oyster shucker found an oyster not to his standards of freshness, he tossed it right out and pulled another one out of the bottomless bucket of oysters) Amazing! Just another unexpected surprise to take the party up another notch.

Did I mention his price? Absolutely the best value in Miami. Our 5 star meal with lots of unexpected extras cost what other Miami caterers were quoting as their bare minimum price for a scaled down, no-frills menu and no staff. Antonio supplies everything you need at no extra cost: serving tables and dishes, silverware, plates, napkins, and uses his own equipment and staff to prepare and present the meal. We cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks to Antonio and his staff, it truly was a magical night.

Let me tell you - my Husband and I couldn't have asked for a better partnership. Antonio & Barbie were an incredible team to work with. We hired Miami Grill for our August 2019 wedding at the Ancient Spanish Monastery. We had already had the challenging task of planning a wedding from overseas; meaning communication was limited for us, there was a slight time difference and many last-minute flights to Miami for appointments. With all the obstacles we faced - the patience, the understanding, the flexibility provided by Miami Grill for us spoke volumes. We had many changes; from the sides on the menu to even the VENUE itself! The entire time Miami Grill was quick to respond to our every request from day one to the day of our wedding. They provided great advice from experience and was always able to find a solution to an idea. Even with months of planning, the hours leading up to our ceremony on the day of our wedding was chaos, as our venue only allowed 3 HOURS BEFORE the start of the ceremony to set-up tables & decorations. Imagine...I was so busy that I believe Antonio & I spoke for 2 minutes regarding location of buffet, after that, I don't recall seeing him again until 2 minutes before walking down the aisle! Miami Grill was proactive and knew what I wanted and DELIVERED! The food was amazing as all of our guests were talking about it the next day. We wanted a caterer with elegance who would not break the bank...and that caterer was Miami Grill! Thank you...

Everyone knows we love to eat. And so do my friends and family. I reached out to Barbie and Antonio at Miami Grill Catering to talk about their menus for my birthday party in Miami and ended up booking them! We ended up selecting their parrillada menu, and it made our dreams come true. The Argentine grill catering experience was wonderful. Churrasco, grilled chicken thighs, Argentine achuras (with onions and peppers), grilled veggies, focaccia bread........ OMG!!! All the dishes were so beautifully presented and tasted the way its meant to taste.

They started with empanadas, provoleta, and choripan as appetizers. The Chimichurri was flowing. El vinito (red wine) was flowing. It felt like we were at a top-notch Argentine steak house. My friends and family were raving. Sooooo many compliments on the food. It was the BEST BIRTHDAY MEAL EVER!!!

We found Miami Grill Catering through a google search, had a couple of phone conversations with Antonio and exchanged 3 or 4 emails with Barbie. From that point, I knew that they were the right caterers for me. From the start to the very end, the Miami Grill Catering team was great to work with! They took care of everything from serving to bartending and truly made it so easy. I would totally hire Miami Grill Catering for another private event and recommend it to everyone I know.
