Walgreens — Local services in Hibbing

Don't try getting a Flu shot at Walgreens here in Hibbing. Go to Walmart...Walgreens use to have walk in Flu shots and it was soo nice but now you have to make an appointment which I made one 3 days ago and I had one for today( Oct 17th) at 5:30pm. So I walked in to get my Flu shot at 5:30 pm at Walgreens and I walk to the counter and the guy asks if I was there for a prescription and I said no that I had an appointment for a Flu shot and he tells me that no one was scheduled for a Flu shot at that time. I showed him the confirmation number and everything that the pharmacy sent (texted) to me on my phone saying Flu Shot Appointment at 5:30pm on Oct. 17th at Hibbing Walgreens and the guy is like yes you did call and make an appointment. Than he talked to the nurse and she tells him to tell me no she doesn't want to give me a Flu Shot because she had 4 people to do and didn't want to give no one else anymore shots today . So he shoos me away and tells me that I couldn't get one. So I'm going to Walmart tomorrow and get one. The nurse and the guy (Pharmacist) were rude. You should never shoo people away for Stuff like that. What if I needed a Covid shot??? This location NEVER seems to have a pharmacist on duty. I understand sometimes being short staffed is just out of our control. But it's happened to me three times now where I get a notification my prescriptions are ready, I go to the pharmacy and there's a sign that says won't be a pharmacist on duty for like 3+ days. I went so far as to send my refill to Virginia Walgreens, drove all the way there and there was ALSO NO pharmacist. Send your prescriptions to Walmart. I can't imagine if I was on life saving medication what this situation would...

Had some questions about the status of a prescription, tried calling the store, closed, closed on a Monday. Tried the online chat, can't help because something about different state, sent me to call consumer assistance, tried to connect me to the closed pharmacy, told them the pharmacy was closed, told them why I called them, wanted to connect me with a different pharmacy.
