A few months ago my dad purchased a Kenmore stove from this place. After getting it delivered and set up the burner lights would come in just by touching any part of the stove. After calling and letting them know this , they came to look at it and said it needed a new circuit board. It was supposedly ordered. In the meantime the stove doesn't get used for fear it might bellow up. Last week my dad called to find out about circuit board. He told the guy in charge of the stoves he wanted it fixed or returned or money back. He told him nobody has used the stove for fear it would blow up. He was laughed at by the manager of stoves. He was also told the circuit board was in and that his son has it. Just because my brother works there he put the blame on him. My brother never saw a circuit board nor was it given to him. Mind you, he does not work on stoves! Needless to say, choice words were said among the two phone. Now there's a stove sitting in my dad's kitchen and not a word has been heard from them. Absolutely horrible. Bought a washing machine from them and decided to do the 90 day financing option because we couldn’t afford to pay it outright. Picked up the machine, brought it home, put in the first load and the machine didn’t work. The next morning we brought it back. The manager at the Hibbing store won’t close our 90 day financing and says we have to use that LOC in their store. I called the place they do their financing through, they said it’s not a problem at all to close the LOC they just need the go ahead from Blue Moon. The manager lied to me, said the financing place says there’s nothing they can do. The manager has lied several times, has not returned one phone call. Now we were going to be forced to use a LOC we opened for a machine that wouldn’t even wash one load of laundry and was returned within 24 hours. I’m hoping the owner will see this review and contact me. My family can not afford to be forced to use that LOC. Hibbing manager should be fired- I have never been lied to so much by a business owner in my life....

Well.. the dryer is wonderful. However we had it delivered and were told to pay 25 dollars and just write a check for the workers when they get there to remove the old one. They had to take the railing off to get the new machine on which is understandable. What isn't understandable is leaving the old machine behind when you paid for them to remove it. The one excuse was "too much stuff in the basement". Think if there was too much in the way how did they get the new machine in there without taking the old one out? Haha.. laughable. Then we find our railing out in the yard "still detached obviously" in the middle of the melt of march. They didn't bother to put it back on. So finally to the complaint phone call. Looks like they won't even bother sending anyone back here to take the old machine or even put the railing back up for that matter until some time next week. All I can say is it was more of a headache to ask someone else to do these things for a price than it would be if you did it...
