Completely horrible. There was a guy with blue hair who kept cutting kids off and than the kids would fall and he just laugh. When my 6 year old daughter asked for help she was ignored and I could tell because he looked at her the whole time not helping her and he had an attitude from hell with other kids out there that I had to leave with my kids because I was about ready to snap on the guy so I’m glad the person running the music went out there and helped her thank you for helping her up. To the person who kept cutting the kids off you were actually pissing a lot of parents off and were wanting to talk to a manager. Than the lady at the front snatched my card out of my hand when I was going to pay and had an attitude as well. She looked already upset with the line. Won’t be going back. Beware of the guy who works there with the blue hair. He’s such a punk to the kids but the only one would help the kids was a young boy and another staff member out there skating. I was very disappointed when we went this time. The staff was very rude. The front desk lady could use some training on how to smile. We were told the skates were 2$, but she charged 3$ each. The seating is horrible, and the chairs are wobbly and breaking.

The girl at the snack bar was rude to my daughter, grabbing the money from her hand, then instead of handing the change back to her, she slammed it down on the counter and walked away without making her drinks. She made the guy who was already busy doing the events to come back and make them. When he asked who's drinks they were she said "that old lady over there". Mind you, my daughter is only 32 years old.

They turned off the fans on the floor, and it heated up quickly. I had to leave.

Suffice to say, they will not get our business again, and we used to have parties once a week before covid. Looks like we'll go somewhere where they appreciate their customers. Perhaps bowling,...

Such a wonderful skating rink with great employees! The snack bar is affordable and the rink is very clean. All the patrons and employees are polite and friendly. It’s a safe place to have a lot of fun! There are arcade games and ticket winning games as well. They rent quad skates as well as roller blades. There are also stabilizers you can rent to learn how to skate! We love this rink and live over an hour away, but the drive is worth it. Check the calendar on their website for the skate times and costs. They keep their website up to date and always have bargain days, adult skate, and both afternoon and evening hours. There are plenty of times that it is not crowded at all. Great for kids, teens, and adults too! If I had just one complaint, the women’s bathroom needs ventilation it’s always stuffy and warm in there, but that does not take away any stars for me. We love...
