Store was great. Gift shop was nice. We always like to help out local merchants when possible. The grandson helped us. We looked at leather furniture we were interested in but we needed bar stools right then. We knew exactly what we wanted and the salesman found them for us in one of their catalogues. He said we would have them by the end of the week. We paid for them before we left. We ordered four and they were pretty expensive. He was very knowledgable about everything in the catalogues and in the store and all the suppliers they dealt with. I was really impressed with that. End result: weeks went by with us making several phone calls and being promised they were on their way. Finally we went to the store to find out what was really going on. They had not even been shipped. The grandson, who we had been speaking with all along said they were waiting for a bigger order so he wouldn't have to pay so much shipping. But he said he would go ahead and order them and bear the extra cost of them being shipped. When they finally delivered them it had been over 6 weeks since we had ordered them and paid for them. Then the delivery guy tried to charge us all over for them again before he would let us have them. We had him call the store and they confirmed we had paid weeks before.
