While it's nice to have a Taco Bell again (some may not remember when we had one inside Breaktime in 1999/2000), we were not impressed with the new set up. Inside there isn't a menu board to view at all. Everything is on a touch screen kiosk, so you have to scan through a bunch of screens to see what you may want. Not convenient at all when you have kids or the older generation. We watched a number of older folks come in & comment on not liking having to figure out the kiosk to place your own order, likening it to Walmart's self-checkouts. Everyone also had to call employees to come back & give them their cups or drinks because they put the food out, call the name & walk away making every single customer have to wait & call them back for their drinks. I do not appreciate following men who leave seats up or urinate on the seat. It seems they really skimped on...
Read moreCouldn’t say what the atmosphere or food is like, but service I can. I work overnights and was quite excited hearing about our new Taco Bell, an establishment well known for staying open late. However upon my arrival for my lunch break at 2am they’ve shut down. There were still employees inside when I pulled in the lot, but when I approached the door they were no where to be seen presumably in the back. Felt like they were running away to avoid dealing with a customer. Again, being an overnighter, this is basically the only time of day I can stop by and it’s beyond disappointing learning that our late night Taco Bell isn’t late night. Sorry for the folk working the place, but I hope it...
Read moreThe store is nice. The food was horrible. The taco pizza tasted like new construction smells, and our chalupa was burned. Also, our order was all kinds of messed up. The tacos were hard and should have been soft, and the pizza was smashed to one side of the box, as was the nacho fries. It's a fairly new restaurant, so hopefully, these are just blips that come with the learning curve. We will try it again in a while, and hopefully, things...
