We went here because we wanted the best and didn’t mind to overpay for that. Issues at every turn. After months of trying to get the correct plumbing fixtures they finally gave up and told us to go elsewhere because “we aren’t plumbers and don’t know how this stuff works”. They sold us shower fixtures and a tub, the diverter valve was for showers only – not complicated stuff. The worst was them ordering the wrong expensive kitchen cabinets. After waiting six months for delivery and the wrong cabinets showing up we realized we should have taken the warning signs of the sales person misspelling our names, incorrectly writing down our phone numbers and address… every single time. Worst is the management could care less, wouldn’t even offer up a vague apology or refund our money on the stuff that didn’t fit. We’re stuck with Ikea looking cabinets and useless plumbing hardware.

*To address their comment below. The managers referenced had zero interest in solving our problems or making us happy. They did not refund the incorrect plumbing fixtures as they were non-returnable. I am a homeowner who took upon myself to remodel 2 full baths and one powder room. When started I had no idea of what I needed to start and complete the projects. I was very pleased with many aspects of working with Studio 41 Highland Park. I recently completed two bathroom remodels at my home. First and foremost, Dan Kushner is a great sales consultant. He is extremely timely with all communications whether it be in-person, by email, or phone call. Dan is very knowledgeable about product offerings and was patient as I processed options. Dan showed a good understanding of likely delivery times for various brands and models. When my contractor discovered issues about a missing part, Dan was quick to problem-solve. Second, Studio 41 does have a good showroom with a wide variety of products on display. Third, the customer pick-up area is well-staffed and efficiently run. On one of my visits I was disappointed that Studio 41 did not offer for free or to purchase rope to tie down my SUV tailgate when the bathtub did not quite fit. Dan and staff at the customer pick-up area did come up with a solution on the day. More importantly, it is clear that the management of Studio 41 is open to customer feedback loops as I understand they are now stocking "tie-down rope" for customers as needed.
