I have 4c hair & I told them what I wanted done. A roller set. It’s something that can be done on my hair. The lady did something totally different. She said she knows my hair & a roller set won’t stay. I told her I know my hair, and I’ve had a roller set many times before. Then the lady on the end with the long hair is rude. She spoke to all the regulars. Then she saw me and didn’t open her mouth. Btw I speak Spanish & Portuguese. They were talking about how “nappy” my hair seemed to be. I have a head full of thick long 4c hair. My hair is beautiful. If y’all think it’s nappy Martha’s, then so be it. This was the first time I’ve had heat on my hair in 6 years. The young lady who provided my services didnt thoroughly clean my hair she didn’t scratch my hair I’m assuming this may be because she had nails on and didn’t want to get them dirty smh . I also don’t feel like she did an good job washing my hair she didn’t really wash the back well where my neckline is . She charged me $45 for an wash and blow dry ( no treatment or straitening of my hair ) I am very upset . I have been going to the Dominicans for years and never experienced this . I hate to even give them 1 star. Service is awful hair turned out a mess. Gone tell me cause my hair natural, I been getting my hair curled natural for 5 years and it was no problem with my hair getting curled by the other Dominicans I go to. I don't even think they own curlers.They rude and they always charging a different price every time u go. I recommend NO ONE!!!
