Sports N Toys — Local services in Highland Township

Ordered on the 6th. No update at all on the 12th. Emailed. No response. Called near close on 13th. No response.

Not looking for the product to be here already. Just wanted a label to be printed or a tracking number or something.

I resorted to calling local businesses to see if this place was even still open. The place down the street and a local game store said they didn't think it was.

Maybe it is? But it sure doesn't seem like it.

Update: They contacted me 2 weeks after ordering it (not responding to my precious email) to tell me the item was damaged in the shipping process.

What shipping process? A label wasn't even made.

They offered to give me an alternate item or a refund. I accepted. Still no movement on that.

Update 2: They requested that I cancel the chargeback (that I initiated due to them ghosting me for 2 weeks with no updates or tracking numbers) in order to process the refund. I did so. I got a notification from my bank that the chargeback was canceled. Well... it's been 2 days since then. They haven't responded to an email or given me any sort of refund. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to take them to small claims court in order to get any movement on this. It's ironic because the owner is apparently...

My new favorite gun shop! I have been into the shop many times now, and every time the staff has been more than friendly and always I stay and talk for a long time. It's so nice to go into a place of business and be greeted with a smile. You don't get that kind of common courtesy very often anymore. On top of that, the staff is very knowledgeable and the prices are fantastic. I'll be back, and I've been telling all my friends! Highly...

Walked in and couldn't be more disappointed. The worker/owner couldn't be bothered to take his eyes off the computer to give more than one word answers.. if your irritated from customers asking questions....close shop....on top of everything else very overpriced... too bad I couldn't...
