Lucas' team were all amazing and helpful, and went above and beyond!!! To have them arrive and set up without me even in the house (we were wine tasting w/ the 20 birthday guests)- I was expecting a lot of txts or phone calls with questions or concerns, but they were completely self sufficient. The food was divine!! Every guest was wishing they could take barrels of the butternut squash soup home with them - the croutons and foam in it were scrumptious! And lamb is specifically my (and one or two of our guests) favorite meat, and my friends admitted to me that night that they love my lamb preparation, but that Lucas' was beyond anything they've ever tasted! ;) The whole dinner was just heavenly and i know that there were a lot of completely empty bowls and plates being cleared from the table. The fresh baked bread was also the perfect soft and warm inside and crisp on the outside and tasted so good. All the staff were just present enough and just discreet enough...and they did an amazing job cleaning, straightening, storing and putting things away. They even nicely displayed the table menus, goodie bags and cake slice giveaways by the front door for guests to pick up on their way out. I hope they had a nice time hosting and that they felt appreciated. I woke up trying to think of the next reason/excuse to have you all cook/host...

Lucas was wonderful!! He joined us for a "heavy apps" dinner party for my mom's 60th birthday. It was wonderful. It was our second time having Lucas over, the first being a 4 course sit-down meal for a small group.

Some of my favorite things about Lucas and his dinners are the way he accommodates everyone. We had a large group, some meat eaters, some vegetarians, and many vegans. Lucas was able to prepare an array of 8 dishes that satisfied everyone's taste. It was truly fantastic.
