Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Hillsborough

Recently I've come home, to the family farm. When I left (25 years ago) it was a 45 minute drive to the nearest home depot or Harbor freight store and I couldn't even tell you where the closest Tractor Supply was. So imagine my surprise and delight to come back and find a TS close enough to the farm that I could WALK to it in an emergency! AND that many of their store brand tools and materials match or beat the prices I compared to Amazon! Plus the store was clean, well stocked and organized and fully staffed with friendly, knowledgeable folks and you've got everything a good, old fashioned country hardware and farm supply store SHOULD be without having to drive to the city to find it.

We went to the Hillsboro NH Tractor Supply company because we found over 30 ticks on our dog after walking up Pat’s Peak and found out they had a dog bath there. A tall young man who’s name we regrettably didn’t get was so helpful. He got us a tick shampoo and then other items to help us. We found 3 more live ones during this time. I stopped by to purchase large trash bags. I found the isle and the bags. All the sale prices were wrongly displayed under the wrong bags. I assumed when there was a sticker under the item with a sale price, that would be the price. There was shy of a $20 discrepancy. When I brought it to the attention of the cashier, she got combative and looked to the older gentleman also working for support. They both were rude, inconsiderate, combative and ignorant.
