This review is not about Market House. It is all about Underdogs! First thing you need to do is make sure your wait staff knows basic math! Second thing you need to do. Find competent staff that will take ownership of their job. The young lady could not handle giving me my drink that I paid for. She couldn't even handle bringing a napkin and eating utensils. Now let's get back to the education in basic math. My bill was $12.72 I gave $20.02. 20.02-12.72= $7.30 I made an attempt to correct the young lady because she argued that my change was $7.26. I wasn't going to argue with such brilliance and exited the store. I don't care about the four cents. I am only trying to give you a reality check. I guess the young ladies employed at Underdogs are products of a Covid Education. Good luck and keep a close eye on your cash tills! My wife asked a question about this to Carolyn, who was working in the meat department. Carolyn raised her voice at my wife and seemed very irritable towards her. To me , that was very rude. I used to work in the meat department and was trained that you treat every customer like gold and they (customer) is your paycheck. Carolyn has worked at market house for years....and should know how to politely serve a customer. This is no ....(well she was having a bad day) excuse.
