BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Hillsdale

This is your standard Biggby shop. The service has sometimes been okay, other times meh. A couple of months ago they wouldn’t let me use a coupon I had because my friend had used one for herself (we rode together but had separate orders). They claimed it was one per vehicle and rejected it again after showing the coupon that clearly stated it was per order. So, in order to claim it. I had to cancel my order, walk inside from the drive thru, reorder inside THEN I got my coupon and the barista was not nice about it…looking back it’s humorous but it...

I was stuck in a long line, but they remained calm and polite. That speaks highly of the quality of workers there. Even when the customer behind me was being a complete jerk, they still continued their excellent customer service. I tipped them what I could because that takes some strong will power. Hell ya to the team there, especially the gentleman who was taking orders in the drive-thru today! 💕 keep it up and don’t let anyone...

They removed the lounge pictured above,This was one of the nicest Bigby's around. From Ohio to surrounding Mich. They have now expanded the gym in to the lounge area ,The conference rooms still exist, Follow the ugly burnt orange long hall way through the back door of the dining area. There's two to be used by appointment. Coffee is still good coffee just less plain flavored coffees...
