Where was Tyler and Z-Lab Performance my whole life when I needed them??!!? This is a hidden gem/treasure that almost feels like you're keeping a secret because that's how good this shop is. Well, i'm here to let the secret out!

After using Tyler and his team's services one time has made me now a lifetime customer. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

My G37x was starting to struggle turning over - being garage kept most of it's life and with the recent move, I figured now that it's not sitting the garage that cold weather was the issue. Boy was I wrong.

I decided to tow it to a couple local shops to diagnose which all of them came back with BAD news/estimates. Ones telling me that a Catalytic Converter replacement had to be made which would have cost me more than $2500-3500 dollars.

AND to top it all off - none of the local shops wanted to even fix it for that cost.

I almost had to decide if I had to sell or go without a car for a few months.

That's when a good friend/colleague recommended me to Tyler at Z-Lab performance. I gave him a call and had it in his shop the next day. This guy is an expert for all things Nissan/Infiniti and beyond. Within a day or so, he knew exactly what the issue was and what it needed to fix it.

The best part? Not only did he charge me for the just the parts and labor but also asked me if I desired a better/louder sound which was the icing on the cake when I picked up it up that following week. Talk about going above and beyond for your customers!

Not only do I have a working car again but now it sounds and drives better than ever before AND it didn't break the bank.

It is so unbelievably hard to find experts in this industry who genuinely care about their customers and have a passion for the cars they drive. Tyler is an exception to that. Shops should look to adopt what he's doing at Z-Lab.

I could not recommend a better shop in the greater Louisville area. Hell, even the state!

Just cause they are named Z lab doesnt mean they cant handle what you throw at them! I called more than 6 shops around louisville even near etown as well, no one was willing to help me out with fixing my JDM Hilux! Tyler thankfully took on the challenge and spent more time than most would to find my issue and it was on a vehicle they have never messed with before! Tyler and his crew were on point with any communication needed, very fair in price and in the end they are awesome people! Will gladly be getting my vehicle...

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I broke down around the corner, and Tyler came to the rescue. He did everything he could to figure out what happened with my honda on Saturday night, but unfortunately, he couldn't figure it out. Dan, the Honda man came in on Monday, and between him, Tyler, they got me back on the road. I greatly appreciate all the hard work and hospitality. Next time lunch is on me.
