When it became evident that the PC I use for business required a new video card, my company IT guy did his research, and recommended that I contact Day Web Tech Support to perform the installation of the card and connectors that he sent me (I use 4 monitors for work). I contacted Day Web, and spoke with Miles. He was very welcoming and helpful on that initial call. I brought my PC and the video card into Day Web Thursday around noon. 24 hours later, it was ready for pick-up! They also found that the video card required a bigger power source. They had it in stock, and installed it. No waiting days for a part to be ordered, and come in.
I brought it home, got out my flashlight, and plugged everything back in. Held my breath as I flipped the monitors on, then fired up the PC. EVERYTHING worked perfectly!!!
