We arrived with our family and all ordered different items. My FIL got a dogbel smash burger with the works, I ordered a double smash burger with just cheese, my husband got their hot chicken sandwich, my MIL got their normal chicken sandwich and my grandmother orders a single smash burger with the works. We also ordered two orders of their normal fries which they did have the option for fries with truffle oil and Parm cheese but that was a pass for us. The burgers were all phenomenal and both chicken sandwiches were delicious with great sized chicken portions. The fries were average waffle fries. Not good or bad just what youd expect. Customer service was okay. She was not rude by any means but she wasn't overly friendly. She brought us our food and was doing a good job at her job stocking and just overall being present. My only complaint was that all the tables were kinda dirty from people who had previously sat at them. Id recommend wiping them off between guests of you're gonna offer indoor seating.

This place was just incredible, talk about a absolute gem. I love burgers and most of my reviews tend to be on or about burger recommendations. I will have to say absolute best burger I've had in the state of South Carolina! The flavor profile was rich but not salty, and very well complimented with the correct amount of sauce. I ended up visiting this place 3 times in one weekend and trying everything on the menu. The breakfast burrito was immense and very well defined with the salsa matcha aoli, leaving me wondering what other colorful flavor combinations they will come up with. I very much enjoyed the truffle parmesan waffle fries dipped in a garlic mayo sauce. I will have to highly recommend Sarah our server as her up-beat high energy attitude really set a standard for our experience. This is an absolute must if your in the area!

T&T was hopping on a Friday night with a live band and live golf on their massive TVs on the back outdoor seating area. The burgers are fantastic. I love their simplistic menu. Makes ordering easy, especially for a large party like we had to take back to our beach house. Met the owners who were running around serving guests and cleaning tables. Great to see a small business thrive like Tin and Tallow. Would highly recommend this smash burger stop conveniently placed right off the road off of 278 on the way onto the island. PS - try the egg rolls, they’re bigger than Texas and pack a lot of flavor into a unique and tasty 4-bite menu item.

Had ordered the Mexican mocha, regular latte, a double burger and the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich... First of all, right when we got to the register the woman at the front left the girl who's first day on job with us and it seemed like she was lost. Then she got us our coffee, the regular latte wasn't terrible but the Mexican mocha was way to spicy even according to my girlfriend (who is Hispanic). It tainted your mouth with a spiciness that wouldn't leave. We had to abandon the entire thing at the table cause of how bad it was. It shouldn't even be on the menu with how undrinkable it is. The burger was good but for the price and a slightly soggy bun it's not worth that much, especially if fries are separate. Now to the chicken sandwich, too much sauce, and a strong garlic taste, it was only finished due to us being hungry but again for the price it really wasn't worth it. And now back to customer service, while my girlfriend went to get ketchup the lady who originally left the girl at the front, stood behind her and didn't let her know that she was getting the ketchup or offer her some of the packets she had under the counter after my girlfriend left (without the ketchup). The new girl was nice but that's about it, multiple things went bad for us and all of it seems avoidable if there was better customer service and training, I would warn anyone before going here, even though it has...

Hello. I was heading out of town from a work trip and looking for burger spots and found Tin and Tallow. I chose it due to being conveniently next to the highway. It was lunchtime, but not busy, huge plus.

I ordered a double smash burger with a side of the waffle cut fries with parmesan and truffle oil.

It was a very nice day so we chose outdoor seating. The outdoor venue is amazing. Plenty of different size tables to accommodate two, four, even six to eight people groups, even a fire pit with chairs all around for relaxing.

They have a large screen TV setup for sporting events. I also saw a stage for live music, although not in use at the time. I could definitely see this spot being very lively in the evenings and during sporting events.

Our food came out very quick, probably 10 minutes or so. It comes in bag, no muss, no fuss. Fries are in the bottom and the burger wrapped in tinfoil on top.

The fries smelled amazing with the Parmesan and truffle oil! The smash burger was hot and fresh, with melted cheese and all the toppings, bacon (added extra)

All in all we took our time, ate, watched TV, and then had to hit the road. If I'm ever back down this way, I'll definitely try and...

Do not sleep on this place. Wanted to grab a local eat while in town on vacation and came across this gem on Google. Little mom and pop burger shop on the corner with a phenomenal atmosphere and out of this world service.

The food, we ordered a smash burger and chicken sandwich. Both were PHENOMENAL. The smash burger was done to perfection. Seasoned perfectly, crispy edges on a perfectly sized sesame seed bun. Also had one with a fantastic gluten free bun. Most places skimp on the gluten free bun if they even offer it at all. They toasted it perfectly so it doesn't fall apart.

The owners are super friendly, great spot outside with a fire pit, big TV's and even a small play area for the litttler kids.

Pricing Is fantastic. It's tough on vacation to get some good quality food and not go broke. This place offers a fair price and a great product. Well worth the stop and will definitely be back again on every trip we are here. Well worth your time and hard earned money. Big thanks to the owners for the food, the hospitality and the atmosphere. Wishing you all constant success in this place, you've...
