I recently met Claudia at the Thursday night music series in South Burlington. We set up our Beverage Shack beer and wine trailer early and headed to the food trucks. There she was in front of Ba Ba's Street Food truck. Claudia welcomed me with her beautiful warm smile and calming accent. "Are you hungry" she asked. Minutes later I was holding a plate of Carnitas.
