Where to begin? Our son and his beautiful wife celebrated their marriage in the barn at the Intervale Community Farm - their theme was a Burlington Chic backyard wedding Soirée. We wanted the food to complement the 1000s of wild flowers, live music and be locally sourced. Stacy and Drew designed a menu that far exceeded our expectations. The oversized “nibble” Bar had our 90 guests awestruck. The buffet which had to be prepped from the wagyu wagon and under pop up tents in drizzling Vermont rain and then carried into the barn through puddles and the dance floor was delicious and served swiftly. Started eating lunch at the Eagles every Wednesday with friends from High School we all graduated in the 70’s so it’s fun to get together and how nice to have a delicious lunch menu! When my mom passed away in July, I contacted Stacy and she put together an amazing menu for her celebration of life. The food was beyond amazing and everything was displayed exquisitely! I loved being able to pick from Vermont products and help support local businesses. The chef and the staff were friendly and accommodating, and I couldn’t have been happier. Stacey, I wanted to let you know how much we loved the wedding and everything about it, especially the food. The messages/raves are still rolling in about how good it was. And it was so awesome to end the day after with a warmed up tray of leftovers that you were kind enough to put in our refrigerator.
