It was time to buy a new mattress so my husband and I decided to upgrade from our cooling hybrid spring and foam mattress to a Sleep number. Worst mistake of our lives. It was way too hot and so uncomfortable. Thankfully, we found Kyla and Mattress Clearance Center of Merrillville. I texted her to inquire about process of seeing inventory. She responded and asked for additional details about size we were looking for and whether we needed just a mattress or a box spring. She gave me price range options based on the details I provided so I would know what to expect. All this information and detail even before I went to the store to see and try the mattresses was very comforting and reassuring. She set up a private personal shopping experience on a day I selected and even accommodated me when I needed to change it as I realized I'd set the appointment for a day I was working. Their warehouse is full of mattresses with many to choose from, but it's tastefully set up so that it isn't cramped at all. We had questions regarding the mattress construction and material as my husband sleeps very hot and we needed a cooling mattress. They not only verbally explained the difference between the spring, foam, & hybrid, but had models of the different mattress forms without fabric covering that you can physically touch. That was the deciding factor as I could feel the difference in the mattress construction when I touched the material with my hands. I could literally feel the mattress pulling the heat from my hand which was exactly the kind of mattress we needed. We had additional questions regarding how our last mattress didn't last as long as we'd hoped and Kyla explained that to extend the life of our mattress we should rotate it even 30 days. Who knew? I had no idea, but now we rotate per her recommendation. We bought a mattress Feb 23, 2023. They delivered our mattress 2 days later confirming we were home via text and the day still worked for our delivery. I had never bought a mattress from a warehouse before, but after the fantastic communication, selection, and customer service from Kyla I will never shop in store for a mattress ever again. Six months have gone by and I'm still in love with my mattress!...

i’m happy with the couch i purchased and the owners were really nice, but for the price point, i do wish they were more accommodating with delivery. they kind of just drop your stuff off and leave (which they do tell you in advance) but still, $100 for delivery with no setup feels a little steep when name brand outlets often offer free delivery and even help you set things up. (yeah yeah small business blah blah blah)

that said, the main reason i’m writing this review is to warn people about financing. i started a loan with their partnered lender when i was 18, just got my first place, and had no real financial literacy. i just knew i wanted a nice couch. i even had to get my dad to co-sign because i didn’t have any real credit history. looking back, i can confidently say: it’s not worth it. financing through their lender is not a good deal at all. if you really want furniture from here, you’re better off saving up and paying out of pocket. the “money down” pitch makes it seem like you’re getting a deal, but it’s honestly misleading.

also, maybe i misunderstood, but i remember being told “no credit affected,” but the loan will definitely appear on your credit reports, so maybe she was just talking about the initial approvals doesn’t affect your credit. thankfully i’ve made all my payments on time, so it’s not a disaster, but it’s still a big regret. just be careful and make sure you know what you’re...

I'm absolutely furious. Advertising on Marketplace stated "starting at $130" never found anything close to this price. Made several comments about it. Nope. Ok, so I left that go.

I was specifically told that I'd have MONTHLY payments, starting on the 3rd of the month. Specifically told payments would start on Oct. 3rd. Come to find out that my payments are BI-WEEKLY, after calling the credit company that this is associated with. Credit company says he's well aware of this agreement. Name of the company is ACIMA

You're told you can talk to them and extend your monthly payments. After talking to them, you can't change the payments, Sure, you can make it monthly, but it's even more expensive because the payments are STILL bi weekly.

So my suggestion is NOT to go here. The product is ok, But also be advised that there a lot of restrictions for the warranty. As well as being taken advantage of in the misleading...
