I started my family’s GLOW journey a year ago with my teenage son who was struggling with acne and wanted to try Accutane. I found out that Francine can prescribe this medication and the office is right around the corner from our home. I recently visited your location for the $165 IV Therapy treatment. I’ve done this therapy before and know how it typically makes me feel. However, during this visit, I’m concerned that the full list of vitamins may not have been administered.

One of the staff members asked if I wanted to skip the Vitamin D, which left me unsure about what I actually received. That question raised concerns about the accuracy and completeness of the treatment I paid for.

Additionally, I was charged $35 just to fill out a form stating that I have no allergies. This charge was not clearly communicated upfront and felt unnecessary.
