I'm not happy about the outcome of my car. I was charged over 400 bucks for them to put the same part on my car that was previously replaced to only get down the road for the check engine light to come on again. I took my car there before the tag expired, I explained to them that I need my car emissions ready, they kept it for a month, my tag expired and still not emissions ready so I had to pick up my car that's still not road ready on top of that, someone left greasy hand prints on the inside of my driver door and I had to go back to the shop to get my motor dust cover they left laying in the shop floor and my battery is in my back floor board and the cover wasn't put back on it either. After a month of keeping my car, not being able to get it road ready, my tag expired in the waiting and costed me over 400 bucks on parts that we told them was already replaced, and now, got my car back home, the information screen isnt lighting up and my break lights wont go off. My car is in worse condition now than it was when I drove it in and mind you, I drove it in with working break lights and a working information screen. I never one time got a call about my car, after 3 weeks, I finally called them but didn't get a call back so a waited a little while longer, still no call and so I called again for them to tell me my tag is expired and they cant test drive it and was told they put 20 bucks in my car, to only find that couldn't be true because when it got home it was empty and I'm literally 10 minutes away from the shop. Needless to say, I wont recommend using this place. Although the owner is nice, they just need better mechanics and front desk crew because they do not know anything. Who, are the 4 of us?? Not sure who you're referring to there.. I also have proof that YOU kept my car for a month!! And I have proof I told you do not replace the part was JUST replaced. You turned off the comments section here, so why did you do that? Is that a way to cover... Ok... I'll still see you in court or you have an opportunity to make things right on your end and avoid court all together. Thats your choice. And BTW, my car never has been to 2 different shops. That is a lie also and I have records...

I called them up asking for a clutch cable quadrant the woman that was helping me had no clue as to what I was asking for, no big surprise. Well she asked one of their mechanics what it was and she said he had no clue what it was. It's pretty much self explanatory with the name of the part "CLUTCH CABLE QUADRANT" it obviously has a lot to do with the clutch on a car. If it breaks you basically don't have a clutch in order to drive the car.

Anyway I just thought it was kinda funny that the mechanic didn't know what it was or wasn't. I told her to remind of that if I ever brought my car to get worked on or serviced and chuckled about it trying to make an already difficult situation a little more lite hearted. Well they've lost a lot of customers today because she hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone when I called back.

Come on people give me a break!!!! People have got to lighten up this stuff isn't really worth it. In the end I really didn't lose anything because I didn't have to replace it. It's just recommended to replace it when you replace the clutch.

Me and my wife live in Alabama now but I went in last week because the alternator went out on our Ford. Car quest sent them two alternators which was bad and finally they had to order one from the Ford dealership. The customer service was better than any other place I've ever been. They didn't charge us except for the first couple hours of labor and never complained about anything. All we had to pay extra was the difference in the alternator because of course the alternator was more from the Ford dealership than car quest. But at least the Ford dealerships alternator works unlike car quest. I will definitely be giving all my mechanic needs to bumper to bumper because by far the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic shop. Great people, great service, and professional service.
