We recorded both phone and in person interactions with the very rude and pushy Nicole (manager). She said the only way she would give us a refund was if we NEVER did business with her again. WOW. In our recorded interactions with her, you can clearly understand why we would choose not to ever return here anyway. We are non violent communication folks. We do not quite understand Nicole's aversion towards us. We even returned two fuzzy pillows (from another sofa) that werent even listed as part of this deal. I quote Sandy in a text message, "I will sneak them to you"...we definitely could've kept them....Integrity means a lot to us. Doesn't seem to mean much to some..what a stressful experience this has been... UPDATE: TWO weeks later...Still No refund. Hope we see a check today. UPDATE: I told her her check was ready so we headed that way. Got a phone call telling us that they were gonna close early because the air conditioner was out as we were on our way to pick up our check. Thank goodness we arrived in time. The check was made out to the wrong person. 1,000,000% do not recommend doing business with nicole....

I’m so upset, I’ve been crying for 3 days now. I ordered a table for my living room and realized that it wasn’t going to match my living room tv stand or shoe cabinet, I called and asked (before it was delivered to my house) if I could take it off and they said it was already being delivered to the store and it was too late so I just felt like I had no choice but to keep it but I hate it, it doesn’t look right in my living room at all. I’ve never had a problem with anything else I’ve ever bought from them before this was a different location than the one I usually go to though. Very nice people in store but dont ever buy the protection stuff they say they come out fix or if get stain they clean or replace the cushion that messed up i called everytime can get pic send it and call back and they we call back wired a week never hear anything said leave a note it been over a month and called yesterday oh she went a customer hold gor 10 mins then said call back never at this point im ask for refund for the the protection plan and other plan since they cant keep there word and do anything but sale furniture and after out door...
