On 12.28.2019 at 4:20 - 4:30 pm My daughter and I were racially profiled in this store. While we were shopping, an announcement for a security sweep was requested overhead and then the store manager (Heather) showed up to ask if I needed help. I said no thank you and proceeded to review a product of interest, then the store manager (Heather) decided to linger near me. I walked to another location and watched her, watch us. Racial profiling is NOT cool. I called the store and spoke to her personally. Train yourself and your staff on the proper way to prevent loss in your store. Profiling innocent people will lose patrons and taint the CVS brand. I'm disappointed and will never return to spend my hard earned money at 480 N. Franklin St....
