Heron Now — Local services in Holden Beach

We have been vacationing in Holden Beach and staying at the Heron Now for the better part of the last decade. Our kids now ask when we are going to go back to "The Blue House on Holden." We all love it. The house is wonderful, perfectly set up for our multi-generation family vacation. Spacious living area(s), and gorgeous dining room/kitchen with the perfect view of the ocean. All of the bedrooms are spacious, inviting, comfortable, and most include an attached bathroom. The house has many amenities and is well stocked with anything you might need to enjoy your week at the beach. The favorite spot for our family tends to be the porch overlooking the beach- we start and end our days there, watching the waves, searching for dolphins, and enjoying seeing the shrimp boats that troll the coast. We had a wonderful stay at Heron Now. Seven adults and one child had more than enough space. It was convenient that the four adult bedrooms all had attached baths, plus a powder room on the main level. The bunk room for kids is adorable. We enjoyed the ocean view from the decks on the upper and main level. There is easy beach access and a great outdoor shower for rinsing off afterwards. We were there during the off season, and it felt very tranquil. The living room area was comfortable with a great big screen for watching March Madness. We appreciated the open main floor layout and spacious kitchen with all the cooking gear you could possibly need. Anyone who likes to cook will feel right at home! My dream vacation turned into a breathtaking reality! The expansive kitchen and dining area provided more than enough seating for our large gatherings, and the counter space was perfect for both casual chats and several bustling cooking stations. Gazing out from the kitchen, I was greeted by a mesmerizing ocean view that seemed to stretch endlessly. Stepping onto the outdoor deck, I could take in the beach panorama, relax in the cozy rocking chairs, or lounge in my absolute favorite spot—the lounge chair.
